Many thanks to everyone who has sponsored me to date and help to raise over £1,000 towards my goal of £3,000 to help the people of Kwahu-Tafo receive clean drinking water.
THANKYOU!
This makes all the cold, wet and windy cycling worth while.
In September 2011, myself and 23 others cycled 400kms in 5.5 days in Ghana to raise £65,000 to provide clean drinking water for the villagers of Kwahu-Tafo in Ghana. This is my blog of my training and during the event in Ghana.

Start of training
Today started cycle training for go ghana charity in september. Rain and 20 mph wind made the going hard work but needed to make a start after xmas and back injury.
17 hard miles but good to get on the bike and hoping to cycle 1200 miles before the challenge to get fit so only 1183 miles to go!!
